I have a plan to design a power plant up to 20 kw. If anybody have an idea kindly share with me.

If you were an architect and wanted to design a hospital, the first thing one would do, in addition to “100 patients” would be:
How many trauma centers?
Maternity wards?
How about oncology?
Xray machines, CT scanners?
Environmental requirements?
Visitor areas?
How about vehicle parking?

And dozens more specific requirements.

Probably you are willing to create a 20 kW solar panel. For this you need to design a solar array which costs around $40,000. And which will generate around 65 kWH daily. Actual cost and units of generation will vary depending on your location and installation setting.

Hi,

If that's a battery pv installation, the starting point is the required power, from there calculate batteries, then charge controller required, cables and so on back to, last of all, the panels. There are lots of online resources which explain the procedure in detail and provide the formulas and helpful tips. If it is to be grid-connected that's somewhat different in scope and complexity.

Do you require any power back up ?
If yes then you can go for offgrid solutions.
If no you can go for ongrid solutions.
For 20KW power plant you need to procure the 20KW solar PCU, PV modules from a reputed manufacturer(since it has a warranty of 25 years), Structure AJB wires etc.
