temperature problem with mosfet

I used a mosfet driver tc4422 to control a irf510.
The problem i faced was how to connect it without damage

I tried and it got to a high temperature
 

You have wrongly tuned the circuit then. You are not achieving ZVS.
 

Without circuit parameters no switching loss calculation possible.
 

Cp is already in parallel with a diode ( the mosfet) for DC in the load another diode is needed...
 

I'd begin with what the uC is doing - its on-time is the only
first-order limit to the current through FET and boost inductor.

When you have that sorted, then look to your heat sink
(and -its- heat sink, airflow etc.).
