Is this 'close' screen normal ?

Hi.
This used to show once every session; now shows up a dozen times per my sessions :

Your image looks like a normal green ad window, but without the ad. I suppose the system tries to transmit the full ad image to you, but encounters some reliability problem, so it aborts.

I get frequent green ads if I browse Edaboard without being logged in. Clicking 'Close X' makes it disappear.
 

Probably safer is to use Alt-F4 to close the window in focus. If this is malware or and advert, the 'close' and 'X' may be clickable regions that lead to other things.
