For the past few days, I've had to log in to the board each day where I have gone months and months without needing to. I check the remember me box but still need to log in the next day. Also, when I press the log in button, I receive an error message (Invalid Redirect URL (https://www.edaboard.com/)). I'm able to click my shortcut again and I get to the forum.

Hi,

Me too, about the login error message. I hadn't really thought anything of it as apparently some things are being tweaked a little, I assumed it'd get corrected sooner or later. Have you noticed the browser URL: https, then looked at the message you/we (and other members, I guess) get on logging in: http?

I thought most sites log a person out if they close the browser or turn off the computer.

If you have accidentally or voluntarily blocked/disabled any Edaboard cookie, this could actually be a likely cause. The consequence of this would be the need to insert the user and password every time. At least in Chrome, I did not notice this problem.

I too think this is the most likely cause; the problem will go away if you clear the old cookies and try once more.

If the problem still persists, the browser may be needing an update???

Nothing else comes to my mind right away...

It's not a problem any more to me after I changed from non-ssl to ssl (http -> https).
