How can I make pss simulation converge?

I want to see the phase noise of Current Controlled Oscillator(Ring Oscillator) output with those choppers.

At first, I tried to do simulation with oscillator blank checked. And then I figured that there should be no other fundamental frequencies with oscillator setting.

So, I unchecked oscillator setting, and then I set my settings shown above.

The CCO output frequency is approximately 1.036MHz.

So, I set beat frequency as 1kHz(GCD) but it failed to converge.

Could you give me any suggestions?

Show me followings.

(1) Results waveforms of initial transient.
(2) Netlist fractions regarding analysis statement and option statement.
(3) Simulation logfile.
