    How to fix frequency

i was using a transformer with midpoint each primary have 120uH to get Mhz of frequency
i use 14nF but the output frequency is about 52khz what should i do to get MHz frequencies

Do you know the formula for an LC resonant circuit?

Google it and calculate using your circuit values.

There are more capacitances in parallel to the output transformer, C2 - C5 and transistor capacitances form the effective capacitance. You hardly reach MHz with the present dimensioning. Also consider that the total transformer inductance is 480 µH.
