How to calculate Q factor of square spiral coil on substrate?

Hye,

I read this paper "Design and modelling of a passive wireless pressure sensor". The Q factor of square spiral coil is stated as 73 in the paper. But from my calculation I got 340.

The coil is designed on a copper substrate.
