Big LED MCPCB with multiple LEDs...orientation of LEDs?

Hello
We are laying out a huge LED MCPCB with 100 LEDs on it.
Do you think we should have all the LEDs “Pointing the same way”?…that is, with cathodes to the left, anodes to the right?
Surely if we have some with anode pointing to the left and some with anode pointing to the right, then it will be awkward for them to set up the surface mount machine to assemble the PCB?
 

Most if not all 'pick and place' heads have a rotation facility. The only difference it makes is a few milliseconds to set the correct alignment. Bear in mind that it is quite possible, depending on the way the LEDs are supplied, that they all have to be rotated even if the PCB orientation is the same.

For automated assembling: don't care.

For hand assembling: how many PCBs with 100 LEDs do you think you will build?
If simply possible make a easy to recognize pattern, like: one row to the left, next row to the right. Don't put much effort in ot

Lay it out for the best routing.
Placement machines do not care and can place any way around.
For hand assembly just ensure that you have a good assembly drawing that shows the polarization of them clearly.
