Want to store values from a text file into an multi dimensional array in sys verilog

I have a text file and the name of the file is named.txt. In this file following values are written.

4 5 6 7
8 9 2 1
3 2 4 9
10 10 5 21
I want to store this values in a 4X4 multidimensional array. How can i do this. Please help me.
