Diode connected PMOS current load has No effect?

I simulated one without diode connected current load and one with and both shows pretty same DC biased voltage and current.

Is that mean the current load has No effect?

No, it means you have an incorrect simulation result.
The circuit on the left is not a viable circuit as the two gates of the top transistors are connected together but left floating.
It may work in simulation, but it will not work properly in a real circuit.
MOSFET gates must always be connected to a voltage source.
