Thermal resistance (junction to plastic bit of case) of D2PAK FET?

Do you know what is the Rth(jc)…ie “ junction to plastic bit of case” of the SPB07N60C3 FET? (D2PAK).

..Page 2 of the datasheet appears to say that its 3.9 degC/W, is this right? It seems very low for conduction of heat through the plastic case?
