5v cellphone charger

Am looking for explanation on how 5v cellphone chargers work if possible with diagrams. Especially on those from China which use transistor 13001 or 13003 and c945 and isolation transformer with two primary windings after rectification and filtration.
 

As your requirements is in general, even searching in Google will help you out.
 

Tried googling but what I saw is not really what I want to know.

On Google I only saw chargers with a step down transformer with single primary winding before rectifier, whereas I want the ones with transformer with two primary windings after rectifier and filter.

If you have any link then drop it I might have missed.
