Report on common mode noise.

...As you know, the way to handle common mode noise is to use a common mode choke, and preferably in conjunction with a y capacitor connected to the input wire and earth...this way it presents a low impedance path back into the product from earth, and avoids common mode current from happening, or reduces them.
Do you know why they make no mention of y caps here?
