Getting low HO voltage on ir2104 HO pin

How to work with ir2104 for this application

Hello
I'm working on solar battery charger,i m using ir2104 mosfet driver ic nd 2 NMOS IRF540N nd working only on high side of that,i m using pwm with 20khz frequency
Vcc 12v
10uf,63vboot strap capacitor
I want to check the working of ir2104 for that i want to switch on and off the bulb which is used as a load between source and drain of high and low side of mosfet to ground

The load is on constantly not switching,what to do for on and off/switching the load

There was a problem with common ground

My schematic is as per datasheet of ir2104
My input to mosfet drain is 180V dc
1) sd pin 3.3 high voltage
2)IN PIN pwm signal with10khz
3)vcc 12v
4) in4148 bootstrap diode nd i tried .1u,1 uf,1nf,4.7 uf electrolyte,10uf electrolyte ,100uf electoyte bootstrap capacitor

Bt every time i got the 1 to 3 volt value on HO. Pin

I dont know wherw is the problem

I m designing buck converter

I don't understand.
Show exactely your schematic
And show a scope picture where we can see the problem.

Your previous post suggests that you are using high side switch only. A bootstrap driver will probably not work correctly in this configuration.
 

Without something jerking the output low, the bootstrap
cap will never be charged.

Consider maybe a poor-boy charge pump (like small
xfmr, a 12V chopper bridge on the primary and full
wave bridge at the secondary. If commutation is
not there to do the job, you have to still do the
job (of charging VHV-VHS).

I think I've recently seen modules made exactly for
this (but then too, now there are isolated high side
MOSFET drivers, which do the job).
