Sir, after implementing the circuit in Synopsis Custom Designer, I am following these steps:

Custom Designer =>Tool=>SAE=>Setup=>Analysis=>RF=> hb=> ( Fundamental tone=2, Tone1=100M(say), Tone1=200M(say), No. of Harmonics1=10, No. of Harmonics1=10, Sweep variable=pin( which is at my input), sweep= -50 to 50 dBm, No. of Points =100). then clicking OK.

After that, in
SAE => Results => Analyzer => hb => gain compression => Power: Instance ( By setteing: frequency = 100M, extrapolation point = -30, output refered, gain decrease = 1) => "Add to Ouput".

but after simulations it gives :

Why ?

Why don't you use "port" ?
"port" is available in HspiceRF.

But the problem is, this is generated from schematic and I don't know how to include HSPICE netlist file in Synopsys EDA Tool.
Could you please guide me little bit more for steps of including netlist file in Synopsys EDA Tool or how to run Synopsys HSPICE window ?.

I have spend lots of days in exploring regarding this but haven't got any success.
I would be always Thankful to you, You could help me drag-out the results.

Yes Sir, I have done DC, AC and Transient analyses for various circuits. But for the first time I am using HSPICE RF for my RF circuit design.I am successfully able to plot all the S-parameter and Noise Figure for my designed circuit. But getting no results for 1dB and IIP3 evaluation. Even I am using same code which is given in the manual of HSPICE RF.
