Hi guys,

I am simulating an opamp under PVT. I have notice that for some corners the phase doesn't reach the 180 degrees in order to obtain the gain margin.

I would like to know if this is problematic since I cannot get the GM for some corners.

I am sweeping the frequency from 1Hz to 100GHz.

Regards.

Are you using an IDEAL opamp model or a realistic one?

If number of LHP poles is higher than LHP zeros for only one, phase could never achieve -180° shift.
