Hi all,

I am starting to use ADS and I have some problem to ask.

I am trying to bias a BJT and I would like to see the transistor parameters, e.g. the

small-signal transconductance (gm) as the bias current is being varied.

I know how to do in PSPICE, but I don't know how to do in ADS,

Could anyone suggest ??

Thank you a lot in advance,

Alex
