Well, what is the package type; PLCC32 or DIP ? I checked Xeltek for you and here is the results:

Pretty much this device is support on all Xeltek programmers. The cheapest one i found is on Ebay:

Bur if you are looking for a faster one, don't get SuperPro Z. Get SuperPro 501S or SuperPro 500P. They have the same programming speed as SuperPro 5000, and you don't need to spend too much money. Hope this information helps.
