Hi all,

Will any body suggest some easy available IGBT device which can handle up to 4amps current rated at 220V? I want to use it in a hum free motor speed controller, before this I have used TRAIC with lot of annoying audible hums….

Thanks

Re: Which IGBT?

Usually I check local store to find what they have. I prefer Intersil.

Which IGBT?

You can try Fairchild Semiconductor. Last time we can apply FREE sample, not sure now the sample policy is still available or not.

Which IGBT?

Which IGBT samples did you called upon? Did you got the samples? I still cant find appropiate device for my use!!
