BAD_SUBSTR_SUBTAP_FLOAT_ERC in pmos with ams 0.35

HI
I have a problem with virtuoso and AMS 0.35
I insert a pmos but I always receive the same error and I do not know how to fix it

I puts a pmos for the library

De assura DRC indicates BAD_SUBSTR_SUBTAP_FLOAT_ERC but I think the substrate is well fed to VDD

thanks.
 

PMOS n-well is connected to the vdd, but the error is related to lack of a ground connection to the substrate!
