hello,
I'm designing a cpw for rf mems shunt capacitive switch. Here as my first step I've designed my cpw but i got a warning in boundaries and excitation.can I get the design formula for cpw and any example design for it? and I also have another doubt that where should I give excitation and which are all the place that I should assign as perfect E?
