Has anybody the old version of the AN 57-1, named "Fundamental of Microwave and RF NF measurements" ?

checked Agilent's (formerly HP) website?

I have checked (**broken link removed**), but they haven't the old version of the 57-1..... :(

unfortunatly this is the newer version of the AN 57-1; there is also an older version (from HP, not Agilent), with the same name.

But pay attention: there are 2 versions of this AN, an old one and a newer one, with exactly the same name; I'm looking for the older one.
