ADS Error 'BJT1' is an instance of an undefined model 'BJTM1'

When I try to run this schematic it gives me the error that BJT1 is an instance of an undefined model BJTM1. What should i do to solve this. Help plz

You need to also place a model symbol in the schematic, like BJT_Model. This is where you would define all the necessary model parameters for the device for it to simulate appropriately.

Same way as you placed the transistor...

BJT_Model.png

You will need to fill in appropriate parameter values for both the BJT and the BJT Model though to suit the device you are modeling.
