I don't see any particular problems at first glance. All these parts are available as through hole components, so take 15 minutes to prototype it on a breadboard and check it yourself.

Problems regarding what?

Connect every logic IC input, don't leave them floating.

Most simulators have these parts in their libraries, so you can quickly check this by yourself.
