Pic32mx digital input problem

I want to read RB14 pin of PIC32MX230F064D..i have set it as input pin
TRISBbits.TRISB14=1;
Bt i am not getting it read..

It always gives me low value even if i give 3.3V to this pin..what could have been the problem..?
 

ADPCFG not configured ?

JTAGEN bit not 0 ?
