The firtst question is ... for what frequency? The patch antenna is on tje same PCB than forming network?

But for higth frequency antennas a good choice use to be cuclad 2.45 or any similar material for oter manufacturer

Hi Tapa,

I think I was not clear about my question. The substrate is a semiconductor substrate with some processing to offset the high epsilonr. My question was "where can I find design steps for designing the feed network". Sorry for the confusion.

you can try microstrip antenna design handbook by ramesh garg

I think U can find useful methods in "Microstrip Antennas: The Analysis and Design of Microstrip Antennas and Arrays" by David. M. Pozar
