Hi all,
I am wondering about why the high frequency devices sizes are smaller than low frequency devices? Any idea about that ?

Hi,

I've seen HF amplifiers as big as a kitchen refrigerator, and I've seen LF amplifier with 2mm x 2mm x 0.5mm in size.
The HF device surely was way bigger than the LF device.

Maybe you should clarify what you are talking about.
