First, prepare the material
1. Circuit board (hole plate) is 3 x2. 5 cm (not including green edge)
2. A resistor, the minimum one is 1/8 watts. You need value: 33 k Ω (1), 1 k Ω (3), 330 Ω (1).
3. The capacitor, electrolytic capacitor, nominal voltage at least 9 v, I use for nominal 16 v. Your needed values: 220 mu (1), 100 f u f (1).
4. Led (consume current should not be too small, an ordinary led) : any color (1)
5.2 N6027 programmable triode.(I know the triode is rare but you can purchase it at https://www.kynix.com. And it is the core of the whole circuit.
6. Single row straight cutting female header (only need 7 holes). It has a lot of holes, but it can be used according to your need.
7. The welding materials and tools.
Secondly, the welding

You need to make it a bit close. But you don't forget to weld low components then tall components. Led and 2 n6027 don't be welded and put aside. In order to make it more clearly, you just need to see the circuit diagram.

Thirdly, to make it work
The two holes on the edge of L connect to 9 v power supply (particularly recommend ac adapter and rechargeable batteries. I hate to use ordinary batteries which pollutes the environment!)
Plug in the led which feet are cut off. You can see the led flashing a bit fast and gently.

(You need to wait for 5 seconds after the power is connected, while capacitance charging.)If you wait a long time in order to prevent the harm of short circuit, you can turn on the power supply and use the multimeter to have a try. If it is short circuit, it will be very hot. But this is obviously not good solution.
