In addition to the freeware version of Agileto GOLD Edition, there is the Professional version called Agileto PRO Edition treating all the technologies (2G/3G/4G). You may download it from here and if you register you have a free trial for 15 days:

You may download Agileto DEMO_PROJECT from the same location mentioned above and play with the data already preloaded to see the potential of the tool.
