Hello, recently I bought HDMI Modulator, it has several constellation options like QAM 32/64/128/256. What will change if i switch from 128 to 256 (and keep resolution and bitrate the same as before). I know the basics of QAM, I know that number chars will increase, but what is the practical difference between 128 and 256 if I keep bitrate the same? Sorry for maybe dumb question...

If you fix the bit rate, then you decrease the symbol rate as you increase the constellation size.
