Where can i find projects as Freelancer?

Hello,

I want to start a freelancer career.
I would like to know if there is a suitable web or where we can find people needing electronics freelancers? Or a website to make themselves known and to be hired?

In general what happens is just the opposite, at least for my own experience: you have some knowledge and a professional network in a specific technical area, and then your reputation itself opens the doors for you to be informally introduced to persons/companies that needs someone to accomplish small tasks. Sincerely, I would not aim to have a freelancer career, but hired instead; unless you work in a non sazonal segment in which it has not the risk of lacking job.
