i simulated basic amplifiers (ex, cs stage) on hspice.

but there is a difference with gmo and deriv function.

The wave of gmo(X1.MM1) was higher than deriv()'s using dc sweep. (0.18um process)

i don't know what to choose.
and which is more correct....

please help me haha......ㅠㅠ

basic amplifiers using ac sweep to find variation of gm on hspice.

i simulated basic amps using ac sweep
to find variation of gm on hspice.

i used signal dc 0.9 ac 1
and have already had Id graph which varies at about 10GHz.
But, gm does not vary and has same value at this point.

What I should do?
