Hello,
I'm trying to run dc and ac simulation for my layout, using Cadence and TSMC65. The output performance are poor, and i'm not sure it's
because a bad design, or simulating problem.
while running the simulation, the following warnings pops on the spectre.out file:

Notice from spectre during topology check.
Only one connection to the following 12 nodes:
I0.42\:I4|net09
I0.net14
I0.net13
I0.net12
I0.net011
Further occurrences of this notice will be suppressed.
No DC path from node `I0.#7cI0|B' to ground, Gmin installed to provide path.
No DC path from node `I0.42\:I4|net09' to ground, Gmin installed to provide path.

The LVS check passing with no errors.
The ac and dc simulation working just fine, and I don't know where to check for further information.
The net "0.42\:I4|net09'" is connected as needed and not floating, so I don't understand the meaning of this warning.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks

Hi,

What do you expect from us?

We could recommend you to check the nodes with the problems. But hopefully you had this idea already.

Should we check the nodes? How? Without schematic and without board?

How can we know if this is caused by a bad design or a bad simulation?

Klaus
