Hi Dear
A Piezo electric crystal generate very little current (or voltage).
How to amplify this logic signal ,for work a 6volt relay circuit.

Piezo electric crystals can generate very high voltages, they are used to generate sparks to ignite gas for example but they can only do so if they have a very high impedance load. You probably want some circuit to limit the voltage, either by clamping it or limiting it by loading it but to be sure we would have to know what kind of crystal you are thinking of.
