How to deal with different mfcc feature vector dimension?

hello every body, i'm using MSR toolkit for speaker recognition. i use TIMIT and NIST database for test my code. when i use NIST database output dimension of mfcc features for all .wav sounds are equal. and my code run well. but when I test with TIMIT, different output for .wav sounds is the result. how can deal with this problem.
thanks for any help.
