in the low power boost converter I am changing the load from 40mA to 60mA ,
fluctuation becomes different for each different feedback resistances. what is reason behind this ?
thanks

You need to give us some clues about the boost converter, it could be any one of a thousand designs and we have no idea which you are taking about.

Brian.

Are you talking about random fluctuations or a reproducible step response?

In the latter case, we would look at voltage controller loop gain and loop compensation, loop bandwidth and phase margin. They are probably affected when changing feedback resistors.
