Altium: add index on an hierarchic PDF project output

Hello,
in Altium designer I've an hierarchic project composed by 40+ sheets and it is annoying to browse for the right sheet every time I need to analyze something (I mean browse the sheet in printed copy).
Is there any chance to add a table of contents to the pdf?

Hi,
I'm not sure you can create table of contents, but you can use Adobe Reader navigation pan on the left to find a page by the name of the schematic sheet.

Thanks Romansh! Your suggestion is very useful using a PC. However I cannot find anything to print the table of contents on the sheets of paper.
Probably is it possibile to print the table of contents (pdf bookmarks) with some functionality of some pdf editor...
