Hello,

I want to build this control panel what are the wide application of it?
I ave seen many times it use lot of switches and wires.

If you have a few billions rupees ;) you can make a certified one to supply to a customer or for a few hundred dollars make a fake one for your room.

Right now there will be no plc only switch ..
 

what basic component are used in it?
like we use RLC IC micro controller in PCB.
 

That black square thing is the incoming breaker, that will switch the board off if the current exceeds a certain value, say 200A. The meters are to monitor the outgoing current and voltage and perhaps the neutral current or even the earth current.
