can anyone tell mewhat is the use of quartus prime software and softether vpn client ... please someone explain in simple words.

everyone may not be as genius as you . if you cant help, better stay away ...
 

doesn't take a genius to type "quartus prime" and "sofether vpn" into google either. If you had done that the information pages for both of those software tell you what they are for.

If I asked you what "agent ransack" was for and you find it's the first hit on google, wouldn't that make you wonder if I'd even attempted to search for it? Or make you wonder if I even looked at any of the offered links?

I'll make sure in the future to never answer your questions :)
