Where is Timing Analyzer Stanalone in ISE 14.7?

Hello,

I am working with ISE 14.7 targeting a Virtex-5 FPGA. I would like to open the .ncd and .pcf files in "Timing Analyzer Standalone" but I do not know where is located the Timing Analyzer Standalone in ISE? Can anybody help me by that?

Start Menu => Xilinx Design Tools => ISE Design Suite 14.7 => ISE Design Tools => 64-bit Tools => Timing Analyzer
