help me fix this MicroC pro code

can anyone help me fix this code...i'm a newbie of microC..this is not my code..but i want to change it a bit..i just want to display words "WELCOME TO THE LAB" but the word won't display in my dot matrix LED...below is the original code. i'm using PIC16F887...i will insert the image of the circuit too

If you successfully compiled the original code and worked fine, there is no reason for not work as well in changing the string, unless having other problems unrelated to code.
