[moved] EEPROM is giving ERROR on programming

Hi
I can't find any suitable section to post this post.So i am posting in this section.
I am trying to program EEPROM (ATMEL: AT28LV010 PLCC Version) using Universal Programmer Mini Pro TL866CS.

When i program EEPROM the ERROR appears, as you can see in the attached file.
Kindly tell me the possible ways to get rid off this error.

Hi,

This is not much information..

Maybe:
* programming voltage
* write protect
* read protect
* erase failed (i think 47ms maybe is too fast for a complete chip erase. Check datasheet on this)
