hi all,
I have recently started working on the design of a rectifier (energy harvester) in 90nm TSMC CMOS technology. I just want to ask a general question about the element selection. I am using the RF library (MS/RF low power) and want to know which capacitor model I have to choose among the available models (crtmom, mimcap, mimcap_um, mimcap_3t....) for my design.
Generally what are the considerations for choosing an instance for the design, considering that it will be designed for being taped out and not just simulation.
