How to figure out in the datasheet of DDR3 for minimum data transfer speed. Let's say if DDR3 speed defined is 667MHz and I want to get it work on 100MHz, will it work?

Restrictions are for clock frequency, not "data transfer rate".

DDR3 RAM has a restricted clock frequency range depending on the timing settings. Review your datasheet.
100 MHz is most likely not possible.

DDR3 RAM have an option to run with disabled DLL at low clock speed for debugging purposes.

Thanks for your reply.
You mean to say Tck (AVG) time
for my DDR3-L 1066, it is mentioned 3 nS to 3.3nS that means I can't go lesser than ~300MHz.
Is my understanding correct?

Yes, the datasheet is pretty clear in this regard, isn't it?
