Hspice measurement mechanism question

I have a question regarding how hspice measures data.
Setup:
- i set up .tran step = 10ps for my circuit. This means that each 10ps, hspice will compute the output, isn't it?
,but for example if i want to measure points at the output where it lies in between the steps for example t = 15ps, 25ps. So how hspice will measure these data points.
