desgin for broadband amplifier (feedback and matching network)

hello everyone , I am trying to make a broad band amplifier design with a feed back and matching network (Chebyshev filter) order 3 .
what transistor that I use for a very good band?

i realized a band [0,5Ghz,8Ghz] , and gain 11db with transistor N32484AA

I want a band up to 12GHz!!you recommend any transistor ???
