Can't find the datasheet/replacement of this IC

Hi,

I am looking for the datasheet or a replacement of this IC: IL 1088EP1-03

From it's connection in the voltage regulator circuit I have, I guess it's a PWM controller. I need the datasheet to be able to find a replacement for it. Its package is 8-pin PDIP.

Any chance it is the part below? I dropped the IL (manufacturer) and 03 suffix
As is so often the case on old parts, they want money for the data sheet.
