coax feed length of patch antenna

i am simulating the circular polarize patch antenna with coax feed. i am getting good AR and s11 at 2.45GHz. My coax feed length is 5mm. Is coax feed length affect any of these result if i change it.
Please help me

I guess it is rather difficult to make a coax feed length of 5mm. Please elaborate.
