I am designing a power amplifier for bluetooth applications. I need to get +3dbm output p1db and 0dbm output power. What are some keys things I need to pay attention to in order to achieve both of these? Right now I just have an input port connected to a series inductor and shunt cap at the input of an Nmos gate for input matching and an inductor in the tank with shunt cap connected to output port for output matching.

You should improve the nonlinearity of the amplifier by applying a correct DC OP and Load/Source Impedances.
