difference between Pseudo-Differential adc to Fully-Differential ADC Inputs

which adc ( Fully-Differential ADC are pseudo differential adc) can i use to measure ac voltage without level shifting. i scaled my ac voltage 230 rms to 600 mv rms using pt.
